Until 16 December, Val Thorens welcomes junior athletes from the Hong Kong and China Ski teams.

From the 9th to the 16th of December, Val Thorens welcomes athletes from the Hong Kong team (10 skiers between 11 and 18 years old) as well as the Chinese national junior team (96 people including 45 skiers).

Even though Hong Kong officially belongs to China, they are two different political systems, and therefore two competing teams.
